DARRELL PODOWSKI is a partner of the Canadian law firm of McMillan LLP in its Vancouver, Canada office, and is Chair of its Mining Group. He practices international natural resources and mining law as well as securities and corporate commercial law. Previously he was Corporate Counsel with Teck Resources Limited and prior to that, Darrell was an oil and gas exploration geophysicist with Dome Petroleum Limited and Amoco Canada Petroleum Corporation.
