§14.8 ALTA CLOSING PROTECTION LETTER
A closing protection letter is designed to protect the proposed insured's deposit of funds or documents with an agent of the title insurance company. A sample letter is included on the CD accompanying this deskbook as Form 14-36. Additional versions are on the ALTA website at http://www.alta.org.
