§14.4 THE TITLE PLANT

The title plant will include all or most of the following:

(1)	the geographical index;
(2)	the "general index" that includes judgments, federal tax liens, community property agreements recorded death certificates and powers of attorney, and documents relating to court proceedings;
(3)	copies of recorded documents, or electronic access to them;
(4)	abstracts of (or electronic access to) judgments and court proceedings in both
