§14.32 CLAIMS

When a claim arises, the insured should proceed in accordance with the provisions in the policy. A written claim should be made to the title insurance company at the address shown in the policy. It may also be possible to contact the insurer's office or agent that issued the policy in the county where the property is located or at the underwriter's regional offices, but this should not be an alternative to formally submitting a claim in writing.
