§14.29 COMMITMENT FOR ENDORSEMENT
Once a policy has been issued, a commitment for endorsement (see Form 14-4 on the CD accompanying this deskbook) is designed to address the desire of a lender to determine if there are any matters intervening since the date of the policy. It is a form of commitment preliminary to issuing an endorsement such as the additional advance, assumption, or modification endorsement.
