§14.17 ALTA POLICY REVISIONS

The 2006 form ALTA policies are not merely revisions of the earlier ALTA policies, even though the scope of coverage is the same. Title to or a lien on real property is insured in the same manner, subject to essentially the same exclusions and exceptions as applied in the earlier policies.
