§13.5PURPOSE AND PROCEDURE

The purpose of CR 13 (and its federal equivalent) is to provide complete relief to the parties, conserve judicial resources, and avoid the proliferation of lawsuits. Warren, Little & Lund, Inc. v. Max J. Kuney Co., 115 Wn.2d 211, 216, 796P.2d1263 (1990) (citations omitted).
