HERNÁN M. ZABALLA

Mr. Zaballa was admitted in Argentina in 1989. His practice areas are Administrative Law; Privatization; Customs Law; Oil and Gas Law; Mining Law; and Finance.

He earned his LL.B. in 1989 from the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino. He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and Buenos Aires Association of Lawyers.

— Before 2000 capital inflow was promoted and outflow was strictly controlled: companies' overseas investments were subject to extremely complicated procedures

— Since 2000 China has started to encourage companies to invest overseas as part of an open-door policy: different initiatives have been implemented by the Government to support and foster this policy
