§10.4 COMPARISON WITH FEDERAL RULE

The provisions of FED. R. CIV. P. 10 are incorporated in CR 10. The state rule, however, also contains provisions, not included in the federal rule, for unknown parties, CR 10(a)(2), (3); format requirements, CR 10(d); format recommendations, CR 10(e); use of personal identifiers, CR 10(f); and citation of unpublished opinions, CR 10(g). CR 10 also differs from the federal rule in its provisions governing captions, CR 10(a), and in the title of the rule.
