§10.3HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT
The Washington Supreme Court first adopted CR 10 on May 5, 1967. The rule became effective July 1, 1967. The court amended CR 10(d) on June 12, 1989, effective September 1, 1990. That amendment made letter size paper mandatory. On June 12, 2000, the court amended CR 10(d), deleting the subsection's text. Paper size is now governed by GR 14, which took effect on April 1, 2001.
