10.6 OBJECTIONS MADE AT CLOSING

While a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence may be preserved for appeal when made in closing argument, most other objections may not. For example, an argument challenging the admissibility of witness testimony must be made contemporaneously with such testimony, not for the first time during closing.¹⁹
