§23.4 MOTION FOR ORDER OF INDIGENCY
RAP 15.2 governs the procedures for a motion for expenditure of public funds and the formal content of the motion and order.
(1) Time for making motion
RAP 15.2(a) does not limit the time for filing a motion for order of indigency, but the motion should be filed as soon as possible to cover the filing fee, the clerk's papers, and the report of proceedings.
