§23.11 RECOVERY OF PUBLIC FUNDS
RAP 15.6 provides for recovery of public funds in the event that the indigent party obtains a favorable judgment upon remand. The rule provides that the clerk shall indicate the amount of public funds expended in the mandate or in a supplemental judgment entered by the Supreme Court.
