§23.1 INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
This chapter discusses when and how a party is entitled to review at public expense under Title 15 of the Rules of Appellate Procedure (RAP) and applicable case law. This chapter also explains the costs and fees that the state will waive or pay on behalf of an indigent party.
