§21.1 INTRODUCTION

This chapter covers procedure in superior courts, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court when the court is reviewing an administrative decision on the agency record. Discussion of superior court procedure is limited to those cases in which the superior court reviews administrative decisions in a manner similar to the way appellate courts review decisions of superior courts.
