§ 19.5 CONCLUSION

The Washington Supreme Court's adoption of the Limited Practice Officer Rules of Professional Conduct (the LPORPC), effective January 1, 2009, set forth the minimum standard of ethical conduct required of LPOs in rendering services under APR 12.
