§17.2 COSTS AND FEE DECISIONS

In general, costs are determined in a case after the filing of a decision terminating review. RAP 14.1(a).

Costs on review are determined and awarded by the appellate court that accepts review and makes the final determination of the case. RAP 14.1(b).
