§10.9 SUPREME COURT REVIEW OF COURT OF APPEALS DECISIONS ON MOTIONS
Most decisions on motions are on interlocutory matters. An interlocutory decision by the judges of the Court of Appeals is subject to review by the Supreme Court via a motion for discretionary review. RAP 13.5(a). A motion for reconsideration is not permitted. RAP 12.4(a). The motion for discretionary review must be filed within 30 days after the interlocutory decision is filed. RAP 13.5.
