Changes to GAAP for private companies?

The AICPA's Private Company Financial Reporting Task Force has recommended establishing a process to evaluate potential changes to GAAP to improve the usefulness of private company reporting.

The AICPA Board of Directors, the Financial Accounting Foundation and FASB will work together on this project.
