Publication announcement

Funds: $480,000 for up to eight awards ranging from
$30,000 to $60,000 for Mellon Fellowships for Digital
Publication.
Eligibility: Qualied individuals.

published in digital form and include but are not limited

applications for the Center for Advancement and
Synthesis of Open Environmental Data and Sciences
announcement to establish a center fueled by open and
freely available biological and other environmental data
to catalyze novel scientic questions in environmental
biology through the use of data-intensive approaches,
team science and research networks, and training in the
accession, management, analysis, visualization, and
synthesis of large datasets.

Research and Evaluation on Violence Against
Women (DOJ)
Scope: The Justice Department’s National Institute of
Justice seeks applications for the FY21 Research and
Evaluation on Violence Against Women announcement
to support the development of objective and
independent knowledge and validated tools to reduce
violence against women, promote justice for victims of
crime, and enhance criminal justice responses.
Deadline: March 16, 2021.
Funds: $2.5 million for up to six awards.
Eligibility: Colleges and universities; for-prot
organizations, including small businesses; nonprot
organizations; state, local, special district, and Native
American tribal governments; and independent school

Areas: DOJ said a broad range of topics are covered
under this program, touching on public health and safety
