CCR Comments on SEC's Regulation of Securities Offerings.

On July 2, the Committee on Corporate Reporting sent a letter to the SEC, responding to the Commission's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, "The Regulation of Securities Offerings." The letter states, in part, "While we are supportive of the Commission's overall objective of providing increased flexibility in the registration process, we believe that the universal shelf registration process currently available to large seasoned issues is working very well.
