Cason Development Group building Express Oil in Anderson.

Cason Development Group has started construction on an Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers location, the first of several Upstate projects for the group.
The 4,428-square-foot building, which includes six service bays, is being built on a lot at East Greenville Street and Holly Creek Drive next to McDonald's and across from McCants Middle School in Anderson, according to a news release.
