IX. CASE MANAGEMENT AND CHECKLIST

An important aspect of representing a client in an administrative law setting is keeping the client's goals in mind while gathering information, conducting discovery, identifying witnesses, and pursuing appeals. The following checklist, while by no means all-inclusive, is intended as an aid to the practitioner in keeping track of deadlines, determining if the client's case is ready to be presented or whether there are areas that need to be more fully developed before walking into the courtroom or hearing room.
