On the heels of debuting The Navigator, perhaps the golf world's most advanced electric walking cart, The Bagboy Company, Richmond, Va., has introduced the Explorer and Cruiser. The latter is an adaptive cruise control cart, equipped with handle-mounted cruise and distance-control functions for 10, 20, and 30 yards, allowing it to maintain its natural speed at all times on all terrains. The Explorer, meanwhile, is designed with "free wheel" technology, making it easy to maneuver, even when the motor is disengaged. Both carts feature a 360-degree swivel front wheel that promotes easy turning, enabling them to operate in tight areas. Each also has easy-rolling, maintenance-free 12" tires in the rear and hi-tech, rust-proof aluminum wheels with steel ball bearings. The Cruiser features a retractable fourth-wheel stabilizer that prevents the cart from tipping over, even on steep inclines.
