Capital one introduces small-business credit cards with value rewards.

A NEW SUITE OF CREDIT CARDS for the small business customer has been introduced by Capital One (assets: $180 billion), McLean, Va. The suite is called "Spark Business" and consist of Spark Miles and Spark Cash cards. The cards feature either double miles or 2 percent back on every purchase, every day.

The bank says the rewards are intended the small-business customers to invest more in their growing businesses. No other major small-business credit card currently offers a higher rewards earn rate that applies across all spend categories on every purchase every day, the bank says.

Features of the Spark Cash include:

* 2 percent cash back on all purchases, from day one.

* One-time $100 bonus (once you spend $1,000 on purchases within the first 3 months).

* One-time $50 bonus for signing up one or more employees as authorized users within 60 days of opening an account.
