Call for papers about Google duplex and related developments
John Wiley's Intelligent Systems in Accounting, Finance and
Management will have a special issue related to the recent paper
Google's Duplex: Pretending to be Human.The paper is freely avail-
able at https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/isaf.1443.
The call for papers is interested in papers relating to all facets of
the Google Duplex discussion, including but not limited to
Google Duplex (and other related) applications, including APIs
Ethical Issues associated with Google Duplex and similar
applications
The evolving nature of personal assistants and their use in business
Computers pretending to be people
Turing test issues
Intelligent Systems in Accounting, Finance and Management is
indexed by SCOPUS (Elsevier), Google Scholar, The DBLP Computer
Science Bibliography (University of Trier), Web of Science (Clarivate
Analytics) and other sources.
Papers should be submitted by June 30, 2020. Questions should
be directed to oleary@usc.edu.
