CalCPA outperformed its budget for the fifth consecutive year while increasing its services and value to members. Strong representation continued in Sacramento; promotion of the CPA profession was expanded in the media; participation in chapter activities increased statewide; members enjoyed CalCPA Daily Clips; and we launched the financial literacy initiative with seed money from the contingency fund.

CalCPA Institute, a 501(c)(3), was formed to fund ongoing projects such as the financial literacy initiative through donations and grants to expand outreach without raising dues.
