Each year, CalCPA recognizes those members who go above and beyond the call of duty by awarding the Public Service Award and Distinguished Service Award.

The Public Service Award recognizes a member for notable works done outside of the office for voluntary community improvement or the assistance of the less fortunate.

The Distinguished Service Award is granted either on the basis of long and distinguished service or for some singular act resulting in extraordinary contribution to the profession, CalCPA or the community. The award is intended to inspire others to similar achievements and to make the public aware of the profession's vital contribution to society.
