Increasing the diversity of CalCPA membership in terms of gender, nationality and ethnicity is the newly-forming Diversity Task Force's primary goal. CalCPA President Don Gursey recently asked Mark Dauberman, of Mark's CPA Review Course in Culver City, to chair the group. Together they have established long and short-term goals.

"When compared to doctors and lawyers," says Dauberman, "there is a much smaller percentage of minorities in our profession--particularly African Americans."
