CAE now offering pre-booked parking option.

Travelers from Columbia Metropolitan Airport can now pre-book surface or garage parking online.

Through online booking system GOairport, travelers can enter trip dates, choose a parking package based on lot location and cost, submit payment and scan an emailed barcode upon parking lot entry and exit. The system is available through CAE's website, flycae.com.

"Incorporating this option into our parking services offerings is another way we are trying to make the overall travel experience as easy and convenient as possible," Mike Gula, CAE executive director, said in a news release.

Valet parking is not available as a pre-book option, according to the release. Travelers will still be able to pay for parking when exiting the garage or surface lot through the existing payment system.
