Cabinet manufacturer to open shop in Spartanburg.

New Jersey-based CNC Cabinetry is scaling up to open its first South Carolina warehouse and distribution operation on Spartanburg's Nazareth Church Road this spring.

The company's lease of Rooker's 109,000-square-foot speculative warehouse building, facilitated by Dillon Swayngim of Colliers International, is set to bring 30 jobs to the area, according to a news release. More positions may become available as the company expands its manufacturing and assembly capacity in the months to come.

"CNC Cabinetry has grown significantly in the past five years to meet consumer demand," Robert Hunter, chief operations officer of CNC Cabinetry, said in the news release. "With that growth, we identified the need for additional capacity in the Southeast and found the Upstate of South Carolina to be a great logistics location which would allow us to expand and more efficiently reach our growing consumer base.

Outside of its New Jersey headquarters, CNC Cabinetry also has locations in Texas, Nevada and Florida.
