C. Publication of Notice of Sale

The statutory requirements for publication of notice are found in § 443.320, RSMo 2016. The publication requirements vary depending on the location of the land being sold.

The general rule is that the notice should be published once a week for a total of four weeks, with the last publication being not more than one week before the sale date.
