While the timing of their book was less than fortuitous (last September), co-authors Dan Burke and Alan Morrison's description of Corporate America's implementation of technology in "Business @ the Speed of Stupid" is dead on. As management consultants, "we had seen an infinite number of disasters resulting from deploying technology in business," said Burke, offering a cumbersome, less catchy subtitle for the book: "How to Dramatically Increase Return on Investment in Technology."
