Running for President without doing your homework can be devastating. That's what Republican front-runner George W. Bush found out November 3, when he was given a pop quiz on world affairs.

A Boston TV reporter challenged Bush to name the heads of four world hot spots: India, Pakistan, Chechnya, and Taiwan. Bush nailed one, Taiwan's President Lee Teng-hui, but drew blanks for the others. Critics made hay out of his ignorance, but come on, must the President be an expert on everything? Even some who have made it to high office have been known to blow it:
