NORTHERN AREA
MCKAY-DEE HOSPITAL ADDITION AND AUDITORIUM
Ogden--This project involves expansions of all four floors of the hospital. Additions to the first floor include expanding the education center, a 200-plus-seat theater-style auditorium, a large multifunction reception hall and an outdoor patio adjacent to the existing pond. Additions to the second floor include expanding the Joint and Spine Service Center. The third floor will receive six additional intermediate-care patient rooms, and expansion of the fourth floor will be shelled space used for technical equipment supporting the floors below.

FALCON HILL PHASE II
Hill AFI3--This is the fourth project at Falcon Hill Research Park near the new west gate entrance to Hill Air Force Base. Building 1580 is a core and shell office building on Hill's enhanced use lease property.

1-15--SOUTH DAVIS COUNTY OPERATIONAL UPGRADE DESIGN-BUILD
Davis County--UDOT's largest job in 2014 includes upgrading I-15 and interchanges between 1-215 interchange in North Salt Lake to US-89 in Farmington. Upon completion, the 1-15 corridor will have the longest continuous express lane in the U.S.

INDEPENDENCE STUDENT LIVING

OGDEN 2ND DISTRICT JUVENILE COURT
Ogden--This 85,000-square-foot, five-story courthouse building will provide six courtrooms with the potential to add more. The new facility will also feature many state-of-the-art security systems and zones of separation between the public and in-custody prisoners.

Logan--This four-story expansion and remodel will add approximately 100,000 square feet to the southwest side of the health complex. It also includes remodeling areas of the existing hospital.

Logan--This project is a new 32,000-square-foot basketball and volleyball facility. It features a regulation-size basketball court with chair back seating, strength and conditioning area, office space, etc.

Salt Lakc coy--The 100-year-old Capitol Theatre is undergoing a renovation. Adjacent to the theater will be the Jessie Eccles Quinney Ballet Centre, permanent home of Ballet West.
