Every single house constructed by Candlelight includes a smart home package that gives homebuyers the ability to control the thermostat, security system and home lighting from their phone.

Candlelight is the only home builder in the state that includes this smart package free with every home, and it's just one of the reasons the company's sales are going through the roof. In 2014, the Candlelight team will build approximately 230 homes, up from 180 in 2013.

Originally in land development, with more than 20 years of experience, the owners of Candlelight were able to secure some great property deals during the economic downturn as subdivisions were left half-built and abandoned by developers who didn't have enough money to complete the projects.
