Christine E. Brimm has been an associate with Barton Law Firm, P.A., a boutique bankruptcy firm in Columbia, S.C., since 2009 and handles many of the firm's adversary proceedings. She began practicing bankruptcy law after a number of years as a solo practitioner, concentrating her practice on creditor's rights and foreclosure. Prior to her solo practice, Ms. Brimm was a litigation associate in a mid-sized civil defense firm in Charleston, S.C., where her primary practice areas were construction and surety law and tort defense, with some experience in employment law and workers' compensation. There, she focused on litigation, including development of pleadings, pre-trial discovery and depositions, legal research, preparation of motions, oral argument of various motions to the court, and management of litigation case files. Ms. Brimm graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1994. As a top 10% graduate of her class, she was granted membership into the Order of the Coif and the Order of Wig and Robe. In addition to serving as editor-in-chief of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal, Ms. Brimm was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in both Appellate Advocacy and Trusts & Estates. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Andrea Ross established The Law Office of Andrea Ross in New York, where she represents debtors and creditors in New York and New Jersey and focuses her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights. She previously worked for a chapter 7 trustee in the Eastern District of New York in various matters. Ms. Ross established "Negotiating Bankruptcy," a monthly bankruptcy column published in the Brooklyn Barrister, for which she has co-authored several articles. In addition to running her own bankruptcy practice, she is currently involved with the Brooklyn Bar Association's Volunteer Lawyers Project, for which she handles bankruptcy matters on a pro bono basis. Ms. Ross received her B.A. from Drew University, her M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and J.D. from the University of Florida.
