Budget analysis faulted.

I read with dismay the article in the March/April issue of Financial Executive entitled "Bush's Budget Woes" (Washington Insights, page 78), finding Mr. Shepler's opinions reflecting a biased, totally one-sided political position. The tone of the entire article is anti-Bush personally and full of his wishful thinking that Bush may be able to be defeated in the upcoming November election.

In all, it includes all the arguments used by the Democrats against the President, including all the real or supposed risks, with no positive statements regarding this Administration's programs or this Congress' action.
