s of January 2020, a total of 11 states have legalized recreational marijuana,
and 33 states have legalized medical marijuana. With the increasing number
of states legalizing medical and recreational marijuana, state lawmakers and all
pertinent licensing authorities have found themselves scrambling to enact and
enforce regulations for the different aspects of this continually evolving industry.
Among one of the most important elements of the cannabis industry, and any
business for that matter, is branding.
