Wendy Broderick, a 20-year nonprofit veteran, has been named CEO of Harvest Hope Food Bank.

Broderick most recently served as the YMCA of Columbia's chief development and marketing officer, leading that organization's first comprehensive fundraising plan. She also led the startup of the Jeep Rogers Family YMCA in Northeast Columbia, the organization's largest facility.

"We are thrilled to have such an experienced and caring leader join our organization," Harvest Hope board chair Erinn Rowe said in a news release. "Wendy brings 20 years of nonprofit experience to our organization. She believes in our mission and has been our advocate for some time, so we are excited for Wendy to lead our organization."
