Broadband Infrastructure acquires Absolute Technologies LLC.

Broadband Infrastructure Inc. has purchased Absolute Technologies LLC, a specialty contractor in structured cabling infrastructure. Carolina Underground Solutions, an underground telecommunications contractor, was already part of Broadband Infrastructure Inc.

All three companies are headquartered at 24 Concourse Way in Greer.

These companies together will continue serve commercial and government customers with an array of broadband infrastructure solutions, according to a news release.

"We are honored to join forces with Absolute Technologies," Brad Cunningham, CEO and president of Broadband Infrastructure Inc, said in the release. He said the companies have "complementary technical service offerings for customers, allowing us to do more for clients."

Cunningham said growing market demand bodes well for the work the companies do.
