Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, located in Forth Worth, Texas, has appointed C.T. Burbage executive vice president for the Joint Strike Fighter program. Burbage had been serving as executive vice president for customer requirements for Lockheed.

Ross W. Reynolds has also received a vice president position with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, in Marietta, Ga. Reynolds will be responsible for the continued development, production and support of all C-130J aircraft.

June R. Shrewsbury has also joined Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as the director of the new C-130 Sustainment and Modifications organization.

Navy Adm. Donald L. Pilling (Ret.) as been appointed vice president of strategic planning/business development, Government Market Sectors, for Battelle, of Columbus, Ohio.

Lance G. Newquist has been promoted to vice president of business management by Northrop Grumman Corporation's Integrated Systems Sector (ISS), of Dallas. Previously, Newquist was vice president of business management and chief financial officer for the Air Combat Systems business area for ISS.

General Dynamics Land Systems, in Warren, Mich., has appointed three new directors. Robert V. Sorge has been named director of Future Combat Systems. Sorge's previous assignment was as manager of the TRACER/Future Scout Cavalry System Program.
