For little boys, there is the Moose; for young little girls, things point in another "Direction." The folks at Hasbro's Moose Products know how much guys--both young and old--enjoy race cars. With that in mind, they've released Micro Chargers Light Racers ($39.99, ages six and up). First, charge up your cars in the four-lane launcher and watch them light up; then flick the light and watch them speed around the glow-in-the-dark track. Each vehicle has a different colored LED light so kids easily can tell who's who in the dark. The Light Racers set also features a lap timer and has a special feature finish. Included are two race cars.
