Bosch, supply chain partner expand in Upstate.

Bosch and supply chain partner CHEP USA will be covering new ground in Anderson's Exchange Logistics Park at I-85.

According to VanTrust Real Estate, Bosch will occupy 96,000 square feet in the park's first building, joined by CHEP USA in an 80,000-square-foot facility.

"This high-quality building fits both the image and technical requirements of Bosch," Daniel Wurst, manager of corporate real estate of Bosch, said in the release. "VanTrust was a great partner throughout the entire process, and we are excited to open our new operation and expand our footprint in the Upstate."

CHEP USA partners with the German tech and service provider among other companies in the consumer product, automotive, industrial, retail food and bulk packaging sectors.

"The excellent location along I-85 and the proximity to a strong labor force will allow us to provide excellent service to our customers," Chris McGivern, head of real estate in North America for CHEP USA, said in the release.

The success of the first building has prompted VanTrust to break ground on two additional buildings at the park within 60 days. Both projects, a 150,000-square-foot and 346,000-square-foot building, are set to conclude in the third quarter of 2022. The company also has plans underway for another industrial park in the region.
