• Position: Letters - Letter to the editor

Editor's Note: The Bar Journal's December 2013 issue published a letter to the editor concerning a book review of The Florida Litigation Guide by Marc A. Wites, which was reviewed by Jonathan S. Burns in the Books column (September/October 2013). The letter suggested that Mr. Burns failed to disclose his business relationship with the author of The Florida Litigation Guide, and that the Journal did not maintain or employ guidelines to require "the disclosure of financial interests and conflicts of interests."
