Five years ago, I reviewed the first edition
of
International
Merg-
ers:
The
Antitrust
Process
by J. William Rowley and Donald I.
Baker for this
journal.'
At that time, I wrote:
International Mergers: The Antitrust Process is an extremely impor-
tant book, and one that ought be on the
shelf
of
anyone
who
does
much in the way of mergers and acquisitions
....
Baker and Rowley
are to be commended on a splendid addition to the legal literature on
merger regulation. The authors are to be complimented on both spot-
ting the need for such abook and then providing it. It will be used
from Montreal to Magdeburg.?
