I seem to be picking on the Post this month--and I apologize to my friends there--but here's another complaint about a recent story. The article's headline did accurately capture its essential message: "Two-thirds of Federal Workers Get a Bonus." And the article went on to quote Paul Light, a professor of government at NYU, as making a point that needed to be made: "I don't think Americans think that 60% of federal employees would be so well above average that they would earn a bonus" But the authors of the...
