Bolton v. U.S., 347 F.Supp.2d 1218 (N.D.Fla. 2004). A female inmate brought an action against the federal Bureau of Prisons and a correctional officer, alleging that the officer coerced her into sex by threats of adverse official action. The district court granted summary judgment for the defendants in part, and denied it in part.
