Just a short letter of gratitude from a fairly new subscriber. I wanted to support The Progressive because of the independent journalism you produce. To this end you have not let me down. Each month when I get the magazine in the mail, the very first thing I flip to is your coverage of people's collective action for progressive causes. Totally unexpected, this section has quickly become my favorite.

The reason is that these stories are so often overlooked in most media. When collective action is covered, it is usually misrepresented.
