Welcome Business Law News readers, to the second issue of the new iteration of the publication, and sadly, my last issue as your Editor-in-Chief. Starting with our next issue, Issue 4, I will be turning the reins over to Jerome A. "Jerry" Grossman. Jerry has been an enormous asset during my tenure as Editor-in-Chief, and I know that he will be an outstanding Editor-in-Chief in his own right. Assisting Jerry as Vice-Chairs will be Coleman Cannon and Kaveh Mirshafiei, two of the most active and helpful members of the BLN Board.

I greatly enjoyed my time helming this publication. The position was both challenging and extremely rewarding. Of course, I could not have done the job alone. I owe thanks to several people who made my job a lot easier and more enjoyable. First up is April Frisby, our Business Law Section Executive Committee's liaison. April recruited me for the position initially after serving in the same chair herself several years back. April's advice was always well-considered and timely, and April would step up whenever necessary to assist BLN's board, whether with a last-minute article edit or in strongly advocating in BLN's interest to the Business Law Section's Executive Committee.

Next, I must thank Megan Lynch and her entire team, including Candice Beckmann, Amanda Smith, Marc Olson, and Stephen Chavez. They were endlessly patient with my innumerable revisions and accommodating when necessary, and consistently put out a terrific product on-time. Additionally, I want to thank Charles McKee for his service as chair of the Executive Committee (and for his informative messages from the chair). Charles too is outgoing, and his successor, Robert Hawn, will certainly have some big shoes to fill. Finally, I want to thank all of the authors who have devoted their time to consistently putting together trenchant and timely articles that have enriched both the publication and our readership. I cannot wait to see where these articles, and the publication as a whole, take us next.
